A Telegram reminder bot: just say what and when
CalCash is a free Telegram bot. You type or say a normal sentence, like "remind me on the 25th to pay the internet bill", and on the day it sends you a message. Reminders can be one-off or daily, at one time or several times a day. No subscription, no limits.
You type a sentence, the bot sets the reminder.
"Remind me tomorrow at 10 to call mom"
The bot sets a one-off reminder for tomorrow at 10:00 and lets you pick, with buttons, when else to ping you: 15 minutes, an hour or a day before.
"Remind me to drink water every hour from 9 to 9 every day"
You get a daily reminder on every hour from 9 am to 9 pm. Each message comes with Done and Snooze 1 h buttons.
"Remind me on the 25th to pay the internet, 30 euros"
With an amount, the bot saves it as a bill. On the day you get a message with Paid and Move to tomorrow buttons.
One-off reminders for a date and time
Give it a day and a time: "remind me on the 15th at 18:30 to pick up the parcel", "remind me tomorrow to renew the parking". If you leave out the time, the reminder arrives at 9 am. The bot keeps time in your own time zone, not the server's.
Every day, at one time or several
For things that repeat: "every day at 22:30 get ready for bed", "take my pills at 8 am and 8 pm every day", "remind me to weigh myself every morning at 7". A daily reminder keeps coming until you delete it. If you only want weekdays or certain days, tick them on the reminders screen of the mini app, which opens right inside Telegram.
Heads-up: 15 minutes, an hour or a day before
Under a freshly created reminder you get buttons: on time, 15 minutes before, an hour before, a day before. You can switch on several. For a meeting at 15:00 that means "Tomorrow at 15:00 — meeting", then "In an hour: meeting", then the reminder itself.
Snooze, move, mark as done
Every reminder comes with buttons, so there's nothing to type back. Which ones you get depends on the kind of reminder:
- daily: Done and Snooze 1 h;
- one-off task: Done;
- bill: Paid and Move to tomorrow.
See and delete your reminders
The Reminders button lists all your daily reminders with their times. To remove one, write "delete the pills reminder". A typo is fine, the bot will still find it. "Delete all reminders" clears them in one go. One-off reminders and bills show up in the mini app calendar.
Next to your food and money
Reminders live in the same chat where the bot counts calories from a photo and tracks spending. You can log an expense and ask for a reminder about the next bill in one message. If you don't need food or money tracking, switch those parts off in the settings.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Telegram reminder bot free?
Yes. Reminders, like everything else in CalCash, are free: no subscription and no daily limit. The only cap is spam protection — no more than 30 messages a minute and 200 an hour.
How do I set a reminder in Telegram?
Open the CalCash bot and write what to remind you about and when: "remind me tomorrow at 10 to call mom". The bot confirms the reminder and messages you at that time. There are no commands to learn.
Can I set a recurring reminder?
Yes, a daily one: "every day at 22:00 take a pill" or "every hour from 9 to 9 drink water". You can pick days of the week on the reminders screen in the mini app. Recurring bills like rent are saved too and shown in the calendar.
Can I set a reminder by voice?
Yes. Send a voice message: "remind me on the 20th at 6 pm to pick up the documents". The bot transcribes it and sets the reminder just as if you'd typed it.
Does the reminder bot work in Telegram groups?
No, CalCash is built for your private chat: reminders go to you alone. It isn't meant for shared reminders in a group.
How do I turn off or delete a reminder?
Write "delete the water reminder" and the bot finds it by that word. "Delete all reminders" removes all of them at once. If you only want to put it off, tap Snooze 1 h under the message.
