User agreement for the CalCash service.

1. Subject of agreement
This User Agreement (the «Agreement») governs the relationship between the user and the CalCash service (the «Service»), which provides automated tracking of nutrition, finance and physical activity through the Telegram bot @calcash_app_bot.
2. Service description
CalCash provides the following functions:
- Automatic count of calories, macros and micronutrients from text, voice and photo
- Tracking of expenses, income and financial transactions
- Physical-activity and weight tracking
- AI recommendations on nutrition and finance
- Statistics, data export and reminders
Data sources and disclaimer
Nutritional data is based on the USDA FoodData Central database and AI estimates. The Service is not a medical tool and does not replace consultation with a doctor or dietitian.
3. Registration and account
- A Telegram account is required to use the Service
- An account is created automatically on first interaction with the bot
- The user is required to provide accurate data about themselves
- The user is responsible for actions performed through their account
4. Cost
The service is free; we do not process payment data.
5. Data accuracy
The Service uses AI to recognize foods and calculate nutrients. Results are approximate estimates. The Service does not guarantee complete accuracy of calorie, macro and micronutrient data.
Financial records are based on user-provided data. The Service is not a financial advisor and is not responsible for the user's financial decisions.
6. Prohibited use
- Using the Service for illegal activity
- Mass messaging or spam through the bot
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Using automated tools to interact with the bot
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided «as is». We are not liable for:
- Damages related to use or inability to use the Service
- Consequences of decisions made based on Service data
- Temporary unavailability for technical reasons
- Third-party actions (Telegram)
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (code, design, texts, logos) are the intellectual property of CalCash. The user retains rights to data they upload to the Service.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated through the bot. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
